Momcozy may update these Terms as required by business needs. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the updated Terms shall apply to gift cards purchased or issued on or after the Effective Date; gift cards purchased or issued before the Effective Date shall, as a general rule, be governed by the rules in effect at the time of their purchase or issuance.

Scope of Application: Gift cards may be used to purchase eligible physical products on the Momcozy website, and may be applied toward applicable shipping fees and taxes. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards, digital products, or services. Multiple gift cards can be used together. If the gift card balance is insufficient to cover the order total, the remaining amount may be paid using other payment methods supported at checkout. Specific usage shall be subject to the functions actually available on the checkout page.
Email Linking and Gifting: The method by which a gift card is linked shall be as specified on the corresponding gift card page or in the issuance notice. A gift card may be linked to a designated email address upon issuance, or to the checkout email address upon the first successful payment of an order. Once linked, the gift card may only be used through the linked email address and may not be transferred, gifted, or used through any other email address. For gift cards that may be transferred before first use, the specific rules applicable to such gift cards shall prevail. To use a gift card at checkout, an email address must be entered first; merely entering the card number, checking the balance, or a failed payment shall not trigger first-use linking.
Safekeeping and Inquiry: Please keep your gift card code safe. If an unlinked gift card is successfully used by another person first, the gift card may become linked to the email address used at that checkout.
In the event of order cancellation, returns, or refunds, the handling of the gift card and other payment methods shall be determined by the actual payment made in the relevant transaction. Any amount to be refunded to a gift card shall be refunded to the original gift card; amounts paid through other payment methods shall be handled in accordance with the applicable refund rules. In the case of a partial refund, the refunded amount shall be limited to the amount actually paid through, and refundable to, the corresponding payment method in that transaction. After a gift card is refunded or its balance is restored, the existing email linkage shall not be automatically released as a result of the refund, and the validity period of the gift card shall not be automatically extended or reset, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
Expiration and Irregularities: The validity period, claim conditions, and restrictions of a gift card shall be as stated on the corresponding page or in the issuance notice. As a general rule, no replacement will be issued after expiration, except as otherwise provided by law. Changing the linked email address on your own is not currently supported. If the email address becomes inaccessible, or in the event of incorrect linking, loss, theft, or abnormal use, you may contact customer service for verification, and freezing and recovery measures may be taken where necessary.
Application of Rules: If fraud or abuse is verified, Momcozy may take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law, including but not limited to canceling the relevant eligibility to participate, revoking irregularly obtained rewards, or restricting the use of the relevant gift cards."
